With over 30 years of experience in the field, Larry Phillips is the dedicated owner and expert arborist at SuperTree Services in Flagstaff, Arizona. He founded the business in 1996 alongside his wife, Barbara, with a core mission of promoting environmental stewardship and teaching property owners how to make their spaces FireWise.
Larry’s expertise is backed by over 17 years as an ISA Certified Arborist (Member #WE-6013A), ensuring he adheres to the highest industry standards. His skills were honed during nine seasons as a wildland firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience in forest thinning, prescribed burning, and other FireWise practices.
Leveraging this unique background, Larry is passionate about educating residential and commercial clients on implementing proven FireWise strategies to mitigate wildfire risks and create defensible spaces.
